Back in the early 1980’s, a friend of mine’s younger brother decided to “upgrade” the drivetrain in his Honda Odyssey (quad). The original 250cc one single engine was tired, so it was the perfect time to replace it with something more powerful. And as luck would have it, he had access to a Kawasaki 3 cylinder 2 stroke motorcycle.
A little cutting, a bit of welding, add a few accessories and voila! It was completed.

- Am/Fm radio
- 1968 Hurst/Olds shifter
- KC Highlites
- Electric fuel pump
- Electric fan cooling
Not bad for a 15 year old who loves to tinker!

Thats a pretty nice hotrod, I was still trying to figure out which way the spark plug went at 15, it was bmx phase for me at that age
Yeah, it was quite the ride. Had to stand on the right rear tire and jump hard on the kick starter just to light it off!
