This is my current Mopar project, which I hope to start restoring this summer 2020. I bought it off Facebook Marketplace from a flipper who got it on a lien sale from a body shop. The original 383 & 727 trans were gone, but it did come with a 1971 383 engine and trans. The 8 3/4 rear has 4.10 gears in it. Both of the rear 1/4 panels were cut off, then replacement (aftermarket) panels were temporarily stuck on with only 2 screws each. All of the convertible specific parts are still there, which was the most important part. The original black interior was spray painted white and there is some nasty white carpeting stuck over the original black carpeting

The rear bumper has a sticker that I like, but my wife does not….. 😉

I’m going to be going back to the original color scheme, though I’m not sure if the drivetrain is going to remain stock.

Bad to the bone. Bill, it was nice meeting you today out at SVCW. I hope we run into each other soon. I too am a member of the church of reality. Or at least the; church of the sub genius. I am though seriously into cars. And pretty much anything with an engine. For example l own a 1934 hit and miss. I’m sure you know what that is. But I’ll send you pics of the 70 Coronet 440.
